Nancy Jennings, DBA, FACHE

In her role, Nancy leads a team of service delivery professionals who support our members in utilizing the Sg2 and Vizient® strategy, quality and operational solutions. The Service team engages key contacts at our provider and supplier organizations who function as the executive sponsors, member champions and end users. This team partners with member organizations to ensure their experience using Sg2 and Vizient data and insights supports their performance improvement and corporate strategy goals.

Nancy has over 30 years of experience in health care as a registered nurse and health care leader. Prior to joining Vizient, Nancy functioned in a variety of health care leadership roles such as director of nursing, service line administrator and vice president of clinical operations. She is an adjunct professor of health care economics and health care policy and regulation and is nationally published on the topics of employee satisfaction, rapid response teams and holistic health care.

Nancy is a past vice-chairperson of the Individual Member Division of the American Nurses Association, is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Nancy earned her doctorate of business administration (DBA) from Northcentral University.
