Rebecca Limestall
PrincipalRebecca uses her two decades of health care strategy experience to bring leaders together, generate ideas, create consensus and make decisions. She leads a team of subject matter experts who specialize in health system strategy and whose primary focus is on enhancing the planning process, addressing workforce challenges and integrating the System of CARE.
Rebecca has had several roles within Sg2. Most recently, she directed the delivery of Sg2 Intelligence’s educational offerings, including conferences, courses and webinars. Additionally, she was the lead Sg2 subject matter expert for women’s health and pediatrics services, and she continues to work with children’s hospitals to solve enterprise and service line strategy challenges.
Rebecca designs strategic retreats, courses and expert presentations for all segments of the health care industry. As a frequent presenter and facilitator at Sg2 events, she has developed curricula and led sessions on a wide range of topics, including strategic visioning, evolving planning strategies, service line portfolio development, creating integrated Systems of CARE and assessing the impact of future-focused trends on specific service lines.
Before joining Sg2, Rebecca worked in a variety of health care settings, including for-profit and nonprofit hospitals, medical product manufacturers, and a retail pharmacy. She has experience in management, market research, pharmacoeconomics, utilization forecasting and patient relations.
Rebecca received a master of business administration from the Stephen M Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a master of health services administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. She earned a bachelor of business administration magna cum laude from the University of Georgia.
