Saloni Jain

With 16 years of experience in advanced analytics, informatics and health care research, Saloni has established herself as a leader in the health care industry. She recently served as the senior vice president of advanced analytics and informatics at Vizient®, where she led teams dedicated to enhancing analytics across the organization's quality, operational, cost and strategy products. Her work involved close collaboration with advisory services and performance improvement groups to drive cost reduction, reduce care variation and improve quality. Additionally, she played a key role in advancing the use of Vizient data for member research initiatives.

Prior to her tenure at Vizient, Saloni held multiple roles at University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), including director of pharmacy informatics, where she partnered with hospitals to optimize drug utilization and outcomes. She then transitioned to director of supply, operational and clinical analytics, where she led multidisciplinary teams in promoting cost-effective and safe delivery of care.

Saloni earned her doctor of pharmacy and master of public administration degrees from Drake University. She further honed her expertise through UHC’s Alexander Schmidt Fellowship, a two-year program focused on health technology assessment, clinical research and pharmacoepidemiology. Her extensive background and proven leadership make her a valuable asset to any organization seeking to leverage data-driven insights for strategic and operational improvements.
